Orders & payment
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay in cash when your order arrives, so there is nothing to pay online.
Can I order on WhatsApp instead?
Yes. Tap the WhatsApp button on any page or product and tell us what you would like.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can usually change or cancel it.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
৳70 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes, we deliver everywhere in Bangladesh.
Products
How do I choose a shoe size?
Our shoes use EU sizes. Pick your size on the product page, and see our size guide if you are unsure. Sizes are limited, so popular ones go quickly.
How do I choose a makeup shade?
For products available in more than one shade, add your preferred shade in the order notes at checkout, or message us on WhatsApp and we will help you pick.
When are bags coming?

Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes, if it arrived damaged or defective, within 3 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Read the full Returns & Exchanges policy.
